Delivery Associate
Run a daily route, deliver Amazon packages safely and on time, and represent us well at every door. We provide the van, gas, uniforms, and handheld device — you bring the reliability.

- Be at least 21 years old
- Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license (no CDL required)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a background check and 4-panel drug screen (does not test for marijuana)
- Satisfactory motor vehicle record
- Able to lift, push, and pull packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable in and out of a van all day, in all weather
- Reliable, with a clean and customer-friendly attitude

Do I need a CDL or my own vehicle?
No to both. A regular, unrestricted driver’s license is all you need, and we provide the delivery van, gas, uniforms, and handheld device.
What are the hours?
Shifts typically start around 10:00 AM and run until your route is done, up to 10 hours. Days are scheduled across weekdays and weekends based on business needs, and every shift includes two paid 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute meal break.
Do I need delivery experience?
Not at all. We train you and get you road-ready before your first solo route. A good attitude and reliability matter most.
Is there a background check or drug screen?
Yes — a background check, a satisfactory motor vehicle record, and a 4-panel drug screen that does not test for marijuana. We’ll walk you through every step.
How fast can I start?
The hiring process usually takes about 1–2 weeks once you apply. The sooner you reach out, the sooner we can get you rolling.
